We draw a 10-mile circle around your office. While your studio is running, nobody else can open one with an office inside it, so you’re the only agent in your area who can offer it. Your territory goes in writing before you pay anything.

Do I need to be good with technology?
No. We build it, host it and keep it running. If you can post a photo on Facebook, you can run your studio, and we’ll walk you through all of it on a screen share before you launch.
Is the studio really mine?
The brand, the web address, the prices and the customer list are yours. The engine underneath is licensed to you, and we keep it running and up to date, which is the part you’d never want to maintain yourself.
Will my customers see VirtualStaging.com anywhere?
No. Your studio carries your brand, and as far as your customers are concerned, it’s yours.
What does it cost?
One build fee covers your studio and its first 12 months of hosting, updates, new AI models and support. From the second year, a monthly fee keeps it running. What your customers use is billed to you at wholesale and comes out of what they pay you. You get the exact figures in writing on the call, and you don’t pay anything until after it.
Can I set my own prices?
All of them, and you can change them whenever you like. We’ll suggest a starting point based on what sells at VirtualStaging.com.
Do I have to sell it to anybody?
No. A studio that only ever stages your own listings, or only serves your office, is still well worth owning.
Am I allowed to run this as a licensed agent?
Selling marketing services to other agents is a common side business, and it has nothing to do with your license. Some brokerages have rules about outside businesses, so check with your broker before you launch.
What about MLS rules on virtually staged photos?
Most MLSs require virtually staged photos to be disclosed. Your studio can put a small “Virtually staged” label on every image, and you decide whether it’s on by default.
How does the 10-mile territory work?
We draw a 10-mile circle around your office address, and nobody else can open a studio with an office inside it. If you work a rural area where agents drive farther, we can talk about a bigger circle on the call. VirtualStaging.com keeps selling under its own name, as it does today.
Is there a guarantee?
Yes. Before your studio opens, we walk through it together. Then run it for 30 days after launch. If it isn’t everything we promised, email us within those 30 days and we’ll refund every cent.

Your first year is paid up front. After that you can stop at the end of any month, and your customer list goes with you.
